Today's Progress - SSSSWWWWEEEETTTT!

I started off loggin my info under my nutrition tracker and am happy with my progress today. My goals included: 5+ servings of fruits/veggies, 8-10 water.... log EVERYTHING.... and Cardio.....
My "Normal" Ranges
Calories 1350-1700,
Carbs 180-260,
Fat 36-62
protein 60-140
LUNCHTIME UPDATE: 5 cups water, 3 fruits, and got a 30 minute mall walk in and it's only lunchtime! Approx 650 calories.
END OF DAY: 10 cups of water, 1511 Calories, 183 carbs, 75 Fat, 54 protein, low on calcium 92/100, iron 44/100-150& fiber 16/25-35. I actually was dancing and running in the mall tonight, there was a kids Read Across America event, and we had a great time, but I am now exhausted (and proud, cause this is a much needed improvement). So, it's off to bed for me!
