Support is wonderful

I think that this is the month that I am learning what it means to accept support.

Dana has been trying to be so good. Last night I did go to the gym. Although because of helping out a friend, I was late. But I figured so many people helped me this week that I would definately delay my gym work out for time to help my friend. I still went. Kicked butt. And then treated myself to a saunna. I came home to find Dana cooking again. It has been wonderful how enthusiastic he has been about cooking. Although the glass is half full, the sink, counter and stove are full of dirty dishes. So I am not getting frustrated. I am looking at this cooking endevor for him as baby steps. First you learn to cook, then you learn to clean. Or maybe I can get the girls to step up to the challenge. Needless to say at least after a long work out I do not have to come home and cook. :)

It felt nice to smile yesterday. I felt so sad for 3 days that it was great to lift my spirit and be happy. Jacquie is a smart 17 year old. I know that she understands how important it is to not let a man walk on her, but I am still praying that she does not give into him. First boyfriends have magical powers....
The sun is shining for real today. When i finish cleaning my counter I am going to catch some rays with the kids outside.
