I Started To Lose Again...

Well, here I go again. I know I go to, what most people would call extremes, when I'm on a plateau, to get off of it. First I was a vegetarian and to budge my plateau I became vegan. Well last Thursday I became a raw/vegan. As of today I've lost 3.8 lbs. since I started on Thursday. I feel so much better and I swear my hair looks less grey! I'm still working things out to find recipes for all my nutrients and calories. Most of the recipes, believe it or not, are over 500 calories. I want lower calories and more nutrients. Right now I've been eating nuts, fruits & veggies and have a non-raw protein shake. I've also not been hungry like I was before. I think it's because it is taking longer to digest the raw things. The best things I've made so far are a raw/vegan sushi roll and poor man's pesto.
It's amazing how many raw books are out there. Hope everyone has a great day!
