Don't want to weigh in

I am normally a "scale watcher" even thgouh I know thats the worst thing to do after years of working at gym but it addicting! But I now haven't weighed in since last wed and I won't again until this wed- I dred getting on there and seeing the number has gone WAY up emoticon even though I know it shouldn't

What a crazy thing the be an addict of- weighing myself lmao

    I think there are many of us scale addicts out there! I was a daily weigher, but broke that habit and only check once a week now. It's freeing and certainly leaves room for thinking about other more important things.

    I completely agree that weighing in can be addictive. My scale at home stays hidden so I don't even think about it until it's time to weigh in. Weighing does keep you honest, but be realistic about your expectations. Chances are, the scale hasn't gone up. Once I went a whole two weeks without exercising or weighing in and I ate junk food the majority of the time. I expected to have gained about five pounds, but the scale had only gone up by a pound. I was so relieved! So I'm sure you are fine.
