Yay, still seeing progress....this I like. I am only down 1 pound but have lost another 3.75 inches. I am trying really hard to only weigh myself once a week and then measure every 2 weeks. Hoping that if I don't do it as often it will seem like bigger results. So far so good. I am happy with my progress even though I can't lie and say it wasn't going faster.
I am finding that by being on this site and tracking my food I am more accountable for what I am eating and how much. If I have to put it in here and look at how many calories it is and how fast it is adding up for the day, I sometimes think hmmm maybe I should have less or something different instead.
