No soda today

I reached my goal today by not drinking any soda. It was hard at times especially near the end of the day. I know it is possible to cut back and maybe even cutting the soda almost completely out. The good news is I also drink enough water today.

    Have you tried seltzer? Not instead of water, but maybe at night when you sit down for dinner you can "treat" yourself to a glass of seltzer. There is no sodium, fat, calories, etc. in seltzer. You can even mix a little healthy juice or unsweetened tea in it, or put lemon, lime or cucumber slices in it. I usually order seltzer whenever we go out to dinner. Anyway, Great job on cutting out the soda yesterday.
