Half Way to Goal.....

Friday, April 10, 2009

What a way to start Good Friday, with a weigh in, so, yesterday I cheated and I weighed in at 210.2 and I was beyond mad. Normally I don't take it so hard but yesterday I was really letting it get to me and shouldn't have. I got up this morning and wasn't sure I even wanted to see that stupid thing... but I did anyway, twice, cause I didn't believe it. I weighed in at 207.6.... I am way behind my initial goal of 100 pounds in a year. I started in July, but I am still in the game, and the time line might need to be adjusted! Not canceled, just adjusted. For now, I'm going to follow a great buddies guide of making smaller obtainable goals and I'm going to really try calorie cycling. I'm thinking starting next week since this weekend I'm going to have a hard enough time to even log my food! Zumba Monday, Starting Curves on Wednesday and Calorie Cycling next week too!! Getting my body ready for the instructor Zumba class and beyond! New steps on this journey... YIPPEE!
