I've been maintaining my weight for the past year. I had still been eating healthy, but needed a break from the calorie counting.
With the spring semester coming to an end, I'm ready to kick it up a notch and finally lose the last of the pounds, no matter how long it takes!
As of yesterday, I've started tracking calories again. I started going to the gym again on Monday and plan on doing so every day. When my finals are over, I'm going to restart P90X and incorporate some cardio at the gym as well. My boyfriend has agreed to do it with me, which will greatly help keep me motivated!
I hope everyone has been doing well! I apologize if I've been neglectful in my replies to comments or sparkmail. With school, work and recently moving into a new condo, life has been nonstop.
