It's time...

I've been maintaining my weight for the past year. I had still been eating healthy, but needed a break from the calorie counting.

With the spring semester coming to an end, I'm ready to kick it up a notch and finally lose the last of the pounds, no matter how long it takes!

As of yesterday, I've started tracking calories again. I started going to the gym again on Monday and plan on doing so every day. When my finals are over, I'm going to restart P90X and incorporate some cardio at the gym as well. My boyfriend has agreed to do it with me, which will greatly help keep me motivated!

I hope everyone has been doing well! I apologize if I've been neglectful in my replies to comments or sparkmail. With school, work and recently moving into a new condo, life has been nonstop.

    Hi im new to spark and so far i've been into the recipes section. i love to cook but i want to cook and lose weight and it can happen but i cant fiqure it out..............the reason im writing is because i read your story and it has motivated me to start doing something for me for a change i have plenty of time to do this for myself. i would like to make it a part of my life, like eating and sleeping!

    But guess what! You can do it for yourself! No need to be in SP all the time replying to messages, of course I use it to motivate me but its just a tool...

    Keep up with the great work! Good luck with geeting back here to loose the last of the pounds!
