Calorie Cutting Tip of the Day!

I love Orange Juice. I mean love. I drink a large glass full every morning. Juice however, is loaded with calories. Even the low cal kind still has 50 calories. Not that much, but it's still 50 more than water! I tried watering OJ down, but it tasted like OJ's not so sunny brother. The other day, I poured lemon/lime sparkling water into my OJ.... DELISH! It had a fun tang to it, and cut the calorie content in HALF! YAY!

    I'm not a huge juice drinker because of the sugar content, but my husband is! I'll definitely pass this along to him!
