Doing well but can do better.

Well I started out at 224lbs and now down to 213lbs and stuck.
I try and do 10 minutes of exercises but then the nausea, balance problems and dizzy spells come on so quickly.

I am very disciplined in regards on eating habits and I am doing well, I know exactly what agrees with me and what does not.

I also need to get out a lot more, being stuck at home all day does not help and especially now as the weather is pleasant at the moment.

Oh well! maybe next entry will be a little bit more up beat.

    you still are doing great...if I would just watch what I eat I would do so much better..don't be down you lost 11 pounds... woo hoo..

    ....but you HAVE lost 11 lbs!!! This is such a gorgeous day in London, can you manage to get out for a short walk to enjoy it? But it is good that you have worked out what food you need, just hang in there and have patience, it will happen. And well done!
