Doing well but can do better.

Well I started out at 224lbs and now down to 213lbs and stuck.
I try and do 10 minutes of exercises but then the nausea, balance problems and dizzy spells come on so quickly.
I am very disciplined in regards on eating habits and I am doing well, I know exactly what agrees with me and what does not.
I also need to get out a lot more, being stuck at home all day does not help and especially now as the weather is pleasant at the moment.
Oh well! maybe next entry will be a little bit more up beat.
