Day 1 Back on trackin'

So my day is started and I've already gotten off to a decent start...I ate breakfast AND tracked it...which is good for me....but breakfast is the easiest part.....now to stay on track for the rest of the day.
I also added my fish oil back in so that is grreat.
NOW to get my Turbo Jam in for today.....
Wish me luck...I'm gonna need it!
P.S. Okay got in my 36 mins of Turbo Jam for the day WHEW!!!
