week 9

Well things are starting to get smaller...my progress that is. I measured at week 8 and had gained 1 pound back but I was still down another 2.75 inches. Still total I am really proud of myslef so far. At week 8 down 12lbs & 12.5 inches total. This week in week 9 I am finding my motivation is really down, and I am going away for a couple days with work, so I figure I'll take a few days off this week and then try to get it back into my routine next week. My diet is still pretty good I find where I am slipping is in the pre-packaged stuff, things that are low in calories (so I am tricking myslef into thinking they are ok) but it is still pre-packaged so more sodium for sure, and in some of them more sugars. Things like rice chips, dry cereal like multi grain cerrios, I mostly am craving it for it's crunchiness. I wonder if those things are making a differnce in my small weight gain and lack of loss. more sodium possibly more water retention as well.

So taking it one day at a time right now hopefully I will get some motivation back soon.
