Feeling the burn

Well, from the meager exercises I have been doing, my stomach is already hurting. I don't like it but know it is necessary. I need to actually work on my calorie intake and being more religious with exercising. I bought a pedometer today, my other was had died and well this one won't work so I have no way to track all the walking I have done. I havent done much but I would like to have some credit for that but it happens. I also really really need to focus on water drinking. I barely drink anything ever and that should probably stop but water tastes gross to me, and I am sick of pretending that I enjoy it. Well, I know that I have my husband's support but if he would diet with me, because he does need it too, it would be even better. emoticon
