Starting Bootcamp

Today is the official start of SparkPeople's Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp--my first bootcamp!

My starting stats are:
Weight: 139.2
Neck: 13.5
Waist: 33
Hips: 41.5

My goals are:
*To lose 2.5 pounds per week for a total of 10 lbs
*To lose 2 inches from my waist
*To lose 2 inches from my hips
*To feel more energetic!
*To complete each daily workout

    It was tough, but good! I unfortunately, did not finish it out; I got off track after a brief vacation & then I fell & injured my ankle over memorial day weekend. My goals were ambitious, and I didn't even come close to reaching them but it was a great learning experience. I would definitely do it again.
