The resistance band doesn't like me

It is only the 2nd day of the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp challenge, and I'm already tempted to give up. I came home from work with pain in my legs and a bad mood, but I forced myself to do the workout, anyway. Today's video was lower-body strength training with resistance bands. The moves weren't difficult, but I couldn't keep the stupid band on my foot. I ended started the video over and doing it without the band. It didn't give me as much resistance, but it helped me work on my lousy sense of balance.

This is going to be a LONG challenge :-p.
