Oups......Weight creeping up!!

After having one virus after another since Christmas coupled with not doing much exerecise I have discovered my weight has crept up.
I'd say there is now a need for positive action and a diet overal pretty damm quick!!
First thing first .......... meal plans!
Second ...... Shopping for all the right foods!
Thirdly ........factor in exercise - both aerobic and weights!
Four ......... do all above whilst still enjoying life!!
Aim to drop 1 - 2lbs per week, it would be great for clothes to be looser by June 2009.
