So my plan isn't working too well! Yesterday and today I didn't stick to what I was supposed to do. I had soda and went to McDonalds today! Ugh!
Baby steps, I guess. The good thing is that I did my cardio and strength training, and that's what I really need to get back into doing. I've been good on my calories for a long time but the lack of cardio is what is slowing my weight loss down a lot.
My big problem now is that I'm having trouble getting my 8 hours sleep. Not because I can't fall asleep, but because I get home from one job at 11:30 pm and then have to be at another job at 7:30 am, so between getting ready for bed and waking up, I only get about 6 hours sleep at the most. Not to mention, since I work in retail, something is making my knee hurt. Doing cardio yesterday was a chore because my knee started hurting real bad halfway into cardio. So now I don't know what to do! I can't quit one retail job because I need the money, and my knee hurts just standing there at work. But I need to keep up on cardio too! I feel very guilty when I don't do it, but now I can't even do it for fear of making my knee worse. Ugh! I need health insurance so I can go see a doctor!
