Sweatsuit to Swimsuit - Day Four

Day 4 workout video for Wednesday, May 6: DONE
30 minutes cardio of your choice: DONE - twice actually. I did a 60 minute BodyPump class and a 36 minute 6km run.
Bonus Challenge for Day 4 (optional) - eat at least 3 servings of fresh, frozen or canned vegetables: pfft!! Easily DONE


A super awesome day for exercise. I went a little over on calories but my body needed the fuel after all the work I made it do today.
I've been feeling a little blue today. I realized two things:
First, it'll be the first Mother's Day in eight years that I won't have Glen's girls with me. My usual MD gift is a picture of my four children (five if you count Hughy) and this year it'll be done with just the boys. Now, I'm not saying I don't appreciate my boys but I miss my girls, ya know? Second, it'll be the first time in three years that I don't board a plane to NS for my week long vacation and Bluenose Half Marathon......

BUT, I have a weekend to beat all weekends planned and I'm focusing on the positive. I love 99% of my life right now. I have two great sons, a man I adore (and who seems to feel the same way about me) AND I have a career that makes me feel good. Life is Good.
Right Wood??
