Month 5 and feeling myself slide

Today is a day of recomitting. Not because I have stopped exercising. NOt because i have found the magic wand and I have no more weight to lose. Because I am comfortable. You know what I mean?
this is my list of things that I am sliding on:
1. Water. 5 glasses is ok, why do I need 8+
2, stretching.
3. measuring, this looks like 4 oz...
4. tracking. Why am I not tracking in my food journal????
This is the month that I recommit to those 4 important things. They are the key to the 30 I have lost this year and I have 48 more pounds to go. So it is time to recommit to what works.
Day one is today. I have my journal out. I have PT tonight for my foot. I am good.
Tonight I do not have any cardio or w. lifting planned. I did this to give my foot a rest after PT tonight.
Here is to a strong Monday full of hope!!
