Back to the Spark

I have been um...on hiatus (!?) for a year now. My baby girl turns 5 months old today and I have been back to healthy diet and exercise for 3 days now. I am doing very well, but I have to retrain myself again. I got very used to eating whatever I wanted during my pregnancy. After I had my daughter, I actually weighed less than I did when I got pregnant, even after losing 20+ lbs on the Spark diet before I conceived. BUT, I had a hard time readjusting to only eating for one. While pregnant & nursing, I could literally eat anything and my body would burn it off. I was hungry almost all the time due to the need for extra calories, so my portion sizes had gone up quite a bit. My stomach got used to the larger portions and it argues with me all the time about how it needs more. I miss being able to eat extra carbs and they are the toughest for me to give up. I LOVE carbs. I won't give in though. I need to get healthy again. I want to start trying for another (our last) baby in December 09.
