May is almost half over!

Wow, I can't believe it's the middle of May already. I have set attainable and reasonable goals for this month and I'm really trying to succeed. I want to lose 10 pounds. So far I'm down 4. I need to kick up the cardio and really focus. I'm hoping bootcamp will be an extra deciding factor in my weight loss this month. It feels so good after you finish those short workouts. I pray that everything is finally coming together for me within this continual strain of figuring out how many calories I should be eating and how much I should be working out. Seeing your body transform and get stronger is better than any number on the scale. It's taken a while to realize that, but it is so true....
