All in all, today was a great day. I worked with three clients this morning before I did my own workout (BodyPump) and then got to spend my mid-day relaxing (read: one hour nap). I had two more clients this evening before my run with the 10k clinic. I'm really loving the running without responsibility that I'm experiencing this month. Don't get me wrong, I'm not giving up being an instructor but still, it's nice to just run sometimes.
BodyPump was killer (again!) We did squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, back, abs....OH yes! my personal favourite: PUSH UPS!! Two sets of 16(?). In other words, top to bottom, muscles are gonna be achy tomorrow - LOL. I love it! I'm going to whine, but I really do love it.
