This week has been bleh, been doing all the right stuff more or less. Lots of weights and cardio, but the scale hasn't moved at all. But in all honesty I've more just went through the motions, haven't really pushed myself this week. Thats ok, weight loss is more of a welcome side effect for me, really I just want to be healthier and feel better in general. I've lost close to 20 lbs over the last 3 months, but I feel like I've lost 50, which is awesome. Maybe its a bleh week because I know the long weekend is this weekend, and its taking so long to get here.
