Physical therapy is working, pain is diminishing

Woo Hoo. You know in the morning when you wake up with foot pain how you are so crouched over in pain? If you have plantar F. then you know what I am talking about. I dreaded the therapy so much. I wish I had gone a long time ago.
I have had the patch put on my foot two times this week. I am going to butcher the name of the med, but it is dexamethasone. I know that it is not spelled correctly, She puts a medicated patch with a battery on it. it pushes the meds into my heal for 24 hours. I guess I will receive 8 or so treatments of the patch. It is working. So much better than the cortizone shot. Thank GOD.
The patch combined with exercises, ultrasound, deep tissue massage and shock treatments are really working. I am so pleased. This morning when I got up, My foot was slightly achey, but I was not crouched over walking. IMPROVEMENT>BIG IMPROVEMENT
I am going to be patient in this process. Still work out, but not run until my foot has broken the inserts in. Soon Soon! I am so excited!!
I can do this. I can do this triathlon and push my body to new limits and succeed.
I know that this is going to be the biggest challenge so far, but I know that I can do it.
