So, it's Monday. (The worst day of the week, exercise wise, on my part). I kind of got offtrack over the weekend with my diet. That really upsets me, because I was doing so good. I just hit my 20 pound mark, WHY on earth would I ruin that? Because it was "girl's weekend" THAT'S WHY. Haha. I've got to learn how to control myself EVEN when I'm with friends. Anyways, this is not a blog of self doubt. I'm blogging because I know I'm still able to keep this going. I'm blogging because I want all of you to know that even when you get off track, there is STILL hope to get right back on the routine. Although you will feel like you've ruined it all, you haven't. We're only human. If we didn't make mistakes, something would be really wrong. We make mistakes, and we learn from them. "No regrets, only lessons learned." -- I'm excited for the days and weeks to come. I'm excited to see more results, and learn more and more about living a healthier lifestyle every day. Join me?
