Well after a couple weeks of taking a bit of a break from the strict diet and exercise I am trying to get back to it. I took a bit of a break since I was so busy with night school, work and travelling for work that I wasn't able to fit in any regular workouts. And being away has made it harder to eat strict but all in all, I was pretty good and in the end have not gained any weight. I really watched my portion sizes and tried to make helathly choices in restaurants. I am now trying to get back into my regular routine and even though I was taking a break I still lost a couple more pounds and a couple more inches. Yay!
