When I read that article about a fitness party here in SparkPeople, it was an instant click for me. I was enthusiastic at the idea! I have joined SparkPeople recently and I am rather new in this exercise+diet program and the fitness party just fell into place. I took the decision to give this party and I have already told my friends about it. It will take place on 12th July, so if you people have any more suggestions for any happening that would fit into a fitness party please share with me. I will plan some outdoor activity, a treasure hunt, food will be right for the event (no fry, no fats, no sweets etc etc). I am looking with so much anxiety towards that day. I have plenty of time to organize everything to the detail and last but not least I will be much slimmer by then, it's 6 weeks time.
