Reflecting on the Weekend.

Ok, So this weekend was not bad. Thursday I worked out, so I took Friday off to shop.
Saturday I did a big bike ride and had a big crash. My bruises are nasty. all 4 of them, but they will fade away, including the bruise to my pride. Sunday and Monday I did not do an official work out. I did waxing. Both of my arms are so fatigued. I felt like the Karate kid. Wax on, Wax off. My husband is a body man and refuses to let us use a buffer on the boat. So the whole boat had to have a rubbing compound used on it. Removed and then we had to wax the boat and take it off. The boat is 33 feet long, plus the top of it. So it is basically like waxing a house. NOt a small project. But I will appreciate the efforts when I put the tank tops on this summer.
I am expecting my TOM to begin any minute. I have not lost any weight in a couple of weeks. I am staying steady at 203. If I stay on target this week, then I expect to lose 3 or 4 lbs this week. Right now I know I am retaining water. Hopefully by Saturday I will see the 100's.
I plan on working out tonight with the trainer.
I plan on going to the gym tomorrow morning at 5, I have PT tomorrow night. foot feels great.
Thursday I will see if I can get another work out in with Aims.
Friday off to the ocean. MIght try to hit the gym on Friday morning.
Who knows what the weekend will bring!!!
