I am within a pound of my current goal weight! When I first set my goal weight, I didn't really know what that weight should be. It has been at least 20 years since I weighed under 150 lbs. I love the way I look & feel, but I can see that I have 5-10 more pounds to lose.

Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp is almost over. I am going try some workout DVD s for June and up the intensity of my workout, but not so much that I stop doing them! In January, the 7-12 minute workouts were the perfect thing to get me in the habit of exercising every day. Having a set time to exercise each day has really helped me be consistent.

Consistency is one of the keys to success. Even little bits of exercise is better than none, and will give you a foundation to build on. Get moving!

I am excited to be trading in the spare tire for a nice waistline! It's working!
