Plateau shmateau, this has been a trying few weeks. I've been trying to bust though it via running and changing my weight routines however I'm just not seeing the numbers move as steadily as I'd like. I've slowly increased my running to 45 minutes a day and reduced the elliptical time accordingly. I'm doing a combined 850-900 calories daily along with weight lifting. I am seeing a progressive improvement in my midsection but I'd sure like Dr.Evil
to show me a smaller number sometime soon. I know the last 10-15 Lbs are the hardest but geez!
