1st day

Today is my first day tracking my calories and I did go over but I hope tomorrow will be better. Each day is a new day. I learned that I need to take my own lunch to work if I want to reduce my calories. I walked for 30 min. w/ my kids and my fiancee and actually started sweating so I guess that is a good thing. Sorry if Im rambling but I dont know what to put on here really.
