I need a plan of attack for weekends at the boat!

I keep thinking about Sarah and her amazing hiking trips and how she plans before hand. So I will use her as my motivation to stay on track this weekend.
I have already menu planned and shared the plan with another boat that we share dinners with. I have plenty of healthy snacks to bring up. A crock pot dinner for tonight. Tomorrow I have a huge salad for dinner and turkey burgers. A steak tip dinner to make the Man happy. So food should be all set.
Exercise. No swimming this weekend. I plan on going to the new gym. I have a planet fitness black card so I can go to the gym at the boat. NO EXCUSES. I also plan on bringing my hiking boots up and trying a hike at Maudslay State Park. I found that the trails are supposed to bein the top 100 hikes in MA, so I will give it a try. (hope those RUDE hikers are not there.
I just have to remember that the key to a relaxing weekend is the atmosphere, not the food and alcohol that is consumed. I have to change my boating concept.
Wish me luck Spark friends. I just have to put this plan into action.
