So I have been wanting to exercise but really not knowing how I was going to get a gym membership so someone could teach me but I really don't have the money right now so I looked around on here to see what I could find. Well I found the sparkpeople exercise videos that you can do at home. I'm sitting at work bored haven't seen a sole on this nice saturday so I shut the door and figured I would try a cpl and get some exercise in today. OMG I did not realize how out of shape I am lol. I am burning up sweating like mad and really surprised I was not thinking those videos would really get my heart rate up and affect me much. So I did 10min. of the kickboxing boot camp and 10min of the cardio kickboxing and wow those are really easy and work. I tried the 15min. at home or office workout and I could only last 5min. but at least I tried. So I got 25min. of workout done at work I think I could sneak these in at lunch during the week at least one of them. Sorry if I'm rambling I'm just excited that I found something besides walking that I could do.
