So Friday morning I did not go to the gym. I was ok with that because I knew I would go to the gym on the weekend. So I went to the boat friday night with a salad, a roast in the crockpot and mashed potatoes all set to heat up. We started unloading and organizing the boat. We heated up dinner around 7 and then we ate. I did very good. I had a salad. 3 oz of meat and no potatoes. I had a peach bacardi on the rocks. Dana bought it special for me and It was really good.
Saturday morning I was at the Planet Fitness in Newburyport at 6:50 waiting for them to open. at 7:20 no one had showed up to work yet and there were 10 people waiting for someone to open the gym. I opted to go to Amesbury and use that Planet Fitness. I did 1 hour and 15 minutes of cardio. Then I went back to the boat.
We enjoyed a lovely day. The sun was out. I wore shorts and a tank top and my farmer tan is coming in nice. I made a huge salad for lunch. I enjoyed a couple of sprite zero and barcardi's on the deck and watched Lissy fish away. It was so nice. Frank cooked dinner, steak with a salad. It always tastes better when someone else cooks it. I had a couple of Miss Kay's homemade brownies. I was really good on my eating and I only had 2 little brownies, or the size of one regular brownie. I felt really good about that.
Today I went to the Amesbury gym. They told me that they would let me in at 6:30, even though they do not open until 7. I did one hour of cardio. Lifted for a half an hour. When I got back to the dock, Frank made us a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed the whole day until right when we went to leave it was ready to pour. We just made it to the car when the rain started pouring.
I know that I had a couple of cocktails, which is not usually what I do. And I had a couple of Miss Kay's brownies. But all in all, a great weekend.
No hike this weekend. I will go next weekend when I bring Joey up to the boat. I would prefer to do the hiking with my dog, and not by myself. Just would feel protected.
