Met all my nutrient goals today

Did well today. Ate within my ranges for calories, carbs, fats and protein. Ate enough fibre, calcium and iron and didn't have too much sodium. Its very hard to get enough iron. I ate Milo to reach my iron target. At least that is my excuse. If you don't eat food fortified with iron I don't see how you could get the recommended intake of iron everyday.
