Be Careful What You Order!

Oops went for lunch with parents and overindulged - not in amount but in what I ate. Forgot that somethings can be deceiving and blew my calories all to heck along with fat. Who knew a salad could be over 1100 calories.

I had the Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad - Check it out at

And as if that wasn't enough I ordered a side of Thia Chicken Bites at 520 calories a serving even splitting both items over lunch and dinner still messed me up so I chalked up Monday as an off day, what the heck.

My bad. No biggy been doing so well one day shouldn't mess things up too bad. Next time I eat out, I'll stick with the "safe" foods and not blow it especially when I'm so close to my "below 200" goal. I'm not gonna beat myself up either as since being with SparkPeople (Feb 2009) I've only gone over my calorie allotment twice.
