Short update for today

Tuesday, June 02, 2009

I had a very hormonal day and was very irritable to the point my co-workers left me to wallow in my hormonal hell. If I had a door on my cube it would have been closed for most the day. This menopausal crap is a bunch of hooey.

With that said, I had a very Sparktastic day otherwise. My nutrition and fitness goals were met today and that makes me feel alot better. I came home and took my frustrations out on my resistance bands and beloved treadmill. I think I am getting closer to having my fitness haven put together. Our new house was built last summer and since I FINALLY got in the fitness groove, my haven needed to get organized.

That is all for now and I am sure tomorrow will be better in the hormonal/emotional department.

Nighty night, my Spark peeps!

I had a complete hysterectomy and didn't have the hormonal emotional turmoil. I didn't need that excuse....I can throw temper tantrums for any reason. LOL

You made the right choice on exercise to help you cope. You stayed On Program during a bad day. You deserve a big award for that.

Hope you sleep well. Tomorrow is going to be another day of being on program for both of us.
