Feeling Good

Wednesday, June 03, 2009

Last night I went to go to my Personal Trainer. Ever have a day when you just do not want to go? I went. And got a phone call when I got there that the trainer was hurt and we would postpone the work out. I really was tempted to leaving the gym and going home because my foot was achey. But I decided to do an hour on the arc because that does not hurt. The arc was frozen. Weird. Locked right up. The woman that works at the gym and I went to it and played with it, and it unfroze. No devine intervention telling me to rest. I worked out for an hour and stretched. I felt good that I did not let myself down by backing out of my work out.
I got home last night and showered. Had to bring my daughter out to buy new clothes for shop. So I put my clothes on and they were so loose. I felt so skinny. I came downstairs and Lissy was so impressed.
Later while cooking dinner my hubby came over to me and gave me his approval of my morphing body. Keep up the good work buns. Nice. ;0)
Jacqui even piped in that I am getting so skinny that my pants are getting baggy.
Looks like I might go shopping in the closet soon for the clothes that I bought a couple of years ago. Soon.
I was glad I did not skip the work out!

1.1 lbs till Onederland. Go me!
