Good Week

So I had about 2 bad days this week one was really bad but anyway I thought I wasn't going to have any lose at all but I did I lost 4.2lbs . I felt great especially since I haven't really exercised but I did figure out a good walking route today where I will know if I walked a mile or not which is cool. Next week I'm setting a goal of at least walking 3 days a week and getting my aunt's elliptical so I can do that if I wake up early enough before work if not most definitely at night. emoticon

    Walking is a great way to work out. I love to listen to books on cd while i walk. I never seem to have time to read and this way I can 'read' a good book and get my exercise in. It keeps me motivated because i want to know what happens next in the book so every day i look forward to my walk!!!
