From the Couch to Adventure Race #2

Decided to go with a different title here as I prepare for my first Adventure Race. I'll just throw all the things leading up to it under this title.
Just finished my second workout in the Couch to 5k program. I missed one this week with scheduling conflicts. Another reason why getting my rear out of the house in the morning would make more sense.
Moving on to week two of the program next week despite missing one day. I really do feel better when I finish...and during. As mentioned before, I have never been a distance runner of any sort so the thought of being able to eventually do a 5k is remarkable to me.
