So yesterday was a bittersweet day for me. I have been craving chinese food for like over a week and it was one of those cravings that don't go away until you fulfill it so I told me, my kids, and my aunt all went to the chinese restaraunt. I ate very well for me. I proportioned myself, ate slow, and did not over fill myself as I usually do and I did not drink no pop which I havent had any since I started this weight loss journey. So when I went home and logged what I ate I was like OMG yeah chinese=very bad lol but at least I got it out of my system and realized that I can stop and moderate myself even when I really want something.
