breaking bad habits...PYP Week 1

Okay, so I'm trying to break bad habits for my emotional goal for the PYP challenge. Well, I decided last week that I'd try to stop that emotional eating. I actually did a good job of it and that has continued on into this week!

I hope I can continue to conquer that bad habit b/c it gets me into trouble! I do well and then get emotional and start eating and do that for several days and then I've gained 5 pounds back before I know it. It's awful b/c when I'm eating like that, I know I shouldn't be and it makes me feel so guilty! Ugh...

But, I'm just taking it one day at a time and that's all I can do!

    Dev, girl I know you can do it! It can be hard to break that habit, but you are doing good to make it happen.

    emoticon great attitude. Emotional eating is a hard one to break, especially if it is one you have had for years. Food is comforting but the weight it brings is not. You have the right mindset to break that habit once and for all!
