Music is so healing. Jive, Jazz, Bop, Waltz.
Grab a partner, boyfriend, husband, friend, dance
fall in love again.
Laugh, giggle, be silly.

Old tunes like On The Sunny Side of the Street.
Sing along.
No partner, grab a broom. :)
Make room, we are coming through.

Feel better now? Feel younger?
I see you sitting there, swing, or sway.
Move those feet, tap along to the music.
Wheelchairs, start spinning.

Still more room....
And the band plays on and on.
I see your beautiful smile...
Dancing is a good excercise to
lose weight, and strenghten muscles.

Keeps that old arthritis from kicking
in. Moving your feet keeps the cramping
from coming.
Swaying gives you a smaller waist, and
strenghtens side muscles.

Looking good you are, i am sitting here
dancing along with you......see me?
Here we go, one more time.......
Sunshine and lollipops, daisies all in

    Music is something I truly enjoy. Yes, dancing with someone or alone.
    Jive, jazz , hip hop anyone is fun.
