The plan:
Sunday - Run - 7 kms - DONE
Monday - off - I didn't do any exercise but I did four or five loads of laundry, the dishes, swept the floor, pruned the tree in the backyard AND played with the doggie.
I didn't track my food on Sunday but I'm guessing I was over on my calories. Today, however, I was @ 1768 (62 calories left over).
