OMG! I can tolerate alot of things and even gave birth twice with no drugs. I was not trying to be a birth martyr but my pain tolerance is extremely high. With that said, there was no pain per se with my root canal yesterday but the grinding through the crown was a bastard. The endo had to use her diamond bit to get through the crown material and being on the top (#14 to be exact) and it sounded AWFUL. Then my roots are evidently "Barbie" size...teeny tiny and Dr. Taylor had to do a lot of maneuvering with the probe thingies. I had my mouth wide open for one freaking hour!!!! OH THE HUMANITY!!!!!!!

I did not do any fitness stuff cuz I was well...WIPED OUT! I didn't even get Sparking done for my Spark streaks and I feel so bad.

This morning is a new day and I am ready to let the Sparks fly!!!!! LOOK OUT SPARK PEEPS!!!!!

Glad you are feeling better today! Funny you wrote this my ds asked me yesterday after watching a tv show "who's afraid to go to the dentist", and I replied "ME" lol
For some of the same reason's you are talking about! I gave birth as well to two babies with no drugs but the DENTIST is a whole other ballpark....I understand lol

I don't blame you for not working out. I have a high pain tolerance too but even that would have gotten to me. Glad you are looking to today as a fresh start.
