The plan:
Tuesday - Awesome Abs & Run 3-4kms
I DID make it to the abs class. It was a really good workout. Thankfully, I'm not feeling the "hangover" that I usually feel after class. Unfortunately, we had a thunder & lightening storm in the afternoon that made everyone, inclucing me, bail on last night's run. I'm feeling the after effects of that. It's almost a gross feeling. To top it all off, I ate too much yesterday. 610 calories too much.
I will do better today.
Today's plan:
Wednesday - BodyPump and Run 3-4 kms
AND stay in my calorie range of 1480-1830.
