Hmmm...a twinge of success...

I am trying very hard to be done with my food for today and am not yet @ 1000 calories. I know that in order to be healthy I need to consume more calories than that; however, I am glad that I have made the right food choices and have the willpower to restrict my calories for today. I am a bit worried about work tomorrow (donuts and chipotle jeering at me) and Father's Day on Sunday where I am bound to eat more than my fair share of calories. One day at a time and I'm gonna bring oatmeal to work since it makes me feel full. Good luck to me!

    Just be sure you eat enough calories...and congrats that you made the right food choices..and don't worry about what Might be at work..think about what you are going to take (ie: oatmeal) and let the others have their stuff. Father's Day is on all our minds..as we plan to eat out, or cook out...anyhow, there is sure to be lots of food wherever we are. Just take it one day at a time.
