Planning for Today

Since today is Father's Day and I'm going to a cookout, I am eating sparingly this morning. I plan to manage portion control @ the festivities and hopefully will not go over my calories for today. I think it's hard to go an event and not have nutrition labels to read, so I'm counting on being able to find some dishes that I choose already in the food list on SparkPeople. Edit: I didn't do too badly and even took the dog for a walk/run this morning. My legs hurt and I'm grumpy, but happy with that I accomplished.
