Happiness Is

HAPPINESS IS......

Waking up in the morning and the
sun is shining bright.
Happy to have been given another
day to share with a friend or a loved
one.
A blue sky overhead and white clouds
passing by.

Happiness is, giving a helping hand to
a stranger in this land.
Feeding the poor, housing the homeless,
donating a coat on a cold winter's day.
Sharing Thanksgiving with the family
next door.

Happiness is a child at play, a puppy
or kitten meeting you at the door.
Calling someone just to say hello.
Mailing a greeting card just to say, "Hey"
how are you doing today?
Or sending flowers to that someone
special you know.

Happiness is a morning hug, a good night
kiss.
Tucking your child in for a good nights
rest.
Telling someone you miss them, you've
been gone so long.
Coming home to a house filled with love.
The smell of cookies baking, and loving
arms.

Happiness is, the meeting of two hearts
and falling in love.
Sharing a box of chocolates, sitting on a
park bench passing the day away.
Smiling to have been given another day.

Getting out of bed planting your two feet
on the floor.
Saying I am going to have a sunshine day
even if it's raining outdoors.
Taking care of lifes issues one bye one.
Handling the chores as they come.

No need to rush for todays my day
to be happy and give my happiness
away.
Share a happy thought, give a smile,
send a hug, or a I am thinking of you.
Send warm wishes, puppy dog kisses
most of all remember this....
