So I've been logging some serious exercise minutes, tracking ALL of my calories, staying in line calorie-wise, and not really seeing any results. It's frustrating - maybe I'm holding sodium - I haven't been limiting myself on that, really - but it really is freaking frustrating! I will just keep plugging on...it just doesn't make sense that 10 days into it I've only lost 1/2lb w/ the effort I've put in. Bummed...
