So I've been logging some serious exercise minutes, tracking ALL of my calories, staying in line calorie-wise, and not really seeing any results. It's frustrating - maybe I'm holding sodium - I haven't been limiting myself on that, really - but it really is freaking frustrating! I will just keep plugging on...it just doesn't make sense that 10 days into it I've only lost 1/2lb w/ the effort I've put in. Bummed...

    wow, it seems like you know what you should be doing. You're trying to drink enough water too right? Hmm, do you see change in your body though? Maybe you're firming up your legs and not seeing the scale go down yet.
    Don't stop and stay focused!! 129 is just around the corner!
